Robinson Real Estate has been helping clients find rental apartments and homes in Northampton and surrounding towns in Massachusetts since 1992! We recently moved to our new, larger office located at 35 State Street in downtown Northampton! 

We handle rentals only, we do not do sales, and can therefore devote ourselves full time to finding you the perfect rental apartment, home, or condominium. In the 18 years that we have been handling rentals, we have established  great relationships with hundreds of area landlords. We handle a wide range of locations in Northampton and surrounding Western Massachusetts towns, including Florence, Hatfield, Hadley, Easthampton, Williamsburg, South Deerfield, South Hadley, Whately, Haydenville and Leeds.

Northampton is a diverse community located in the Five College area of Western Massachusetts. Smith College is located in town, and is a 5 minute walk from Main Street. The University of Massachusetts, Hampshire College, Mount Holyoke College and Amherst College are all  a short distance from Northampton.
