- Your first step is to view our available properties.
- Schedule an appointment to see the property at 413-584-9011.
- Accurately and completely fill out our Rental Application.
- Submit application with a deposit of 60% of 1 months rent.If your application is approved, the deposit will be credited toward your 1st months rent. If your apllication is not approved, the deposit will be returned to you in full.
